The Laguiole knife museum

The museum, visits and booking

The magic of iron and fire.
Remember all the ancient objects which are witnesses and accomplices of men's work.

Once Man mastered fire.
Then, he discovered iron.
This magic of material conversion gave birth to the fruits of men's imagination.
The Museum takes you to a trip through a prestigious exhibition of thousands of rare objects. Wether utilitarian, rudimentary, sophisticated, signs of artistic expression or toil companions, those objects are the witnesses of men's inventiveness throughout centuries.
